Hi Guyz,

There are a lot of people out there who are interested in what goes into a machine minus the novelty value of Apple for that matter especially in a work machine.

For us working with numbers,we probably find that more speed is best so that the calculations needed will take 1/2 the time it use to and we can open multiple applications with ease i.e. SAP, Microsoft office products, run Youtube, multiple worksheets, massive formulas, run itunes etc.- the basic stuff without having to wait.

Andrew Faith will understand where I'm coming from especially if you are working on proofs and you need various applets open at the same time. Anything ADOBE related has somewhat infamously tagged itself to choices, trends and fashion. Design and presentation is the new novelty value - people are over the square box on a personal level. For work though most people are still working with bricks which is predictable and lack of a better word "STRAIGHT"!!!

There is also the issue of affordability and accessibility. Apple will always be known as elitist but that is how they are valued. A notch above the usual windows operated hardware and elitism do sell.... Pinoyboy...remember those rich girls who were cutting the queue and they knew fuck all about computers? Well, they have a larger disposable income to throw away and replace a new machine in 12 months.
