I totally feel Ernie's pain on the "authentic" Chinese food issue. I must admit that I <i>love</i> sweet and sour chicken though. Still, there are way too many Americanized ethnic restaurants out there like Bahama Breeze; it ain't Caribbean. The sad part is that the restaurants that are authentic don't seem to stay open long... at least not the ones that are farther from the city.
