		<description>Cool, I&#039;ve been reading Ernie&#039;s blog for years now and check out the 8 Asians site from time to time as well.
I totally feel Ernie&#039;s pain on the &quot;authentic&quot; Chinese food issue. I must admit that I &lt;i&gt;love&lt;/i&gt; sweet and sour chicken though. Still, there are way too many Americanized ethnic restaurants out there like Bahama Breeze; it ain&#039;t Caribbean. The sad part is that the restaurants that are authentic don&#039;t seem to stay open long... at least not the ones that are farther from the city.</description>
