Wow lot of stuff in the podcast to comment on…

Yep! I got my 3GS…Which in and of itself is a story. I get to KoP on a Tuesday at 6pm and there is a line of a dozen people. I walk away then decide it’s an hour to the Allentown store so, sure, why not. They give me a ticket for the phone and I proceed to wait for THREE HOURS!! They were showing off accessories and talking to people and taking their good sweet time. Basically it was taking 30 min per activation and they only had 2, possibly 3 folks activating. By the end of it I was almost ready to walk at how inefficient the store was being. Luckily the guy who activated me, Michael, was super cute so that kinda reduced the urge to choke them with their lanyards.

Oh yeah, the phone. The 3GS is good. Glad I got it. Everything is much snappier. It was almost worth the upgrade cost just to not have the keyboard lag behind me when typing with two hands.

As for the Blackberry, we have a slew of them at work. They’re cheap as a pack of gum and they do what we need it for. I have a friend who turned into a huge Facebook nerd on his but it’s amazing how bad the FB client looks versus the one on the iPhone.

As for Google voice, Peter, I got my invite a week back. I signed up the day they rebranded it from Grand Central so I get the feeling their sending out invites in batches now. If I get the ability to send out any invites I’ll hit you up.

What are your plans in early October? It would be good to catch up…I’m having a day out with Kevin too.
