Hey Peter and my boyfriend Pinoyboy! 🙂 Great cast again as always. Thanks for the shout outs for my commenting… It’s a bit strange for me to hear my comments being read over the air like that because of the four or five casts that I listen to, you guys are the only one’s that actually do acknowledge the listeners in that way. Thank you! It was great to listen to you both talking about the dilemma of parent/friend and how you deal, if at all, with that. My relationship with my parents is, well lets just say it’s, one that’s about as typical as a first generation relationship could be due to culture and religious overtones. I’m not the ideal son, far from it, but I love and respect them… with that said however, I think they both know that I will never be the one that they will end up living with when that time in their lives come.

I am very sorry to hear about Peter’s struggles with the android platform but am not surprised because of how our minds have been, for lack of a better word, “trained” by Apple to just be the best product with the best results possible in functionality and form. (Yes drinking the koolaid) I’m glad to hear that Pinoyboy was able to help with the frustrations and hope that if I am ever in a situation where I have a pc/andriod issue, that I will be so lucky to have a friend that can help as he did. Also, I can understand the whole Windows/Mac rivalry and being that I am currently crossed platformed due to finances, I will also say that Mac people are way more helpful on the whole.

You will get a call too Peter…. I never back down from a dare!

Hey guys! I just caught the podcast. It was good to hear you actually got to sit down and talk about Android. I think Peter’s experiences pretty much mirrored my own. I was able to “make it work,” but it wasn’t that enjoyable for me. There are facets (like the widgets able to change system controls) that I’d like to see on iOS.
