Hey Peter and Chuti! ^_^ I’m giggling at Peter cuz he’s yawning at the opening of the Show and says I hope you/me (the listener) doesn’t hear that. Then proceeds to yawn throughout the cast! hehehe I’m very happy to hear Chuti enjoying Batman Arkum City. I also giggled when Chuti says finding the phone is easy but YOU (meaning Peter) doesn’t know how to do it and then doesn’t even offer advice on how to do just that.

Chuti, thanks for the shout out and Peter, thanks for coming to my rescue! LOL Great to read that Peter ISN’T having a battery drainage issue after all! ^_^ We had fun with Siri at a dinner party Sunday night. One feature I thought that you can ask Siri to do, but apparently you can’t, was to read an email to you. Good news on the book, I’ll look into that!

G-Mail just sucks… can we just agree to this? It just sucks. I mean really… probably one of the most problematic set of apps I have on my iPhone. On the BestBuy closings… Blah… It sucks for the ones who are losing their jobs but good riddens. I have never gotten “good” service at a Best Buy. So again… Blah.

On the Nook Tablet vs the Kindle Fire… I agree with Peter regarding Kindle Fire having the Nook for lunch. On the subject of the Barnes and Nobles being more widespread? Not at all true because Barnes and Nobles keeps closing their stores.

Interesting read on the Apple shares and thanks for Skies of Glory because I’m not already being driven crazy by Family Feud and DragonVale and and… yeah… LOL

I would like to ask to see if you guys aren’t having issues with the new facebook app? It’s beautiful and is great when it works but seem to crash on me 2 out of 5 times where I have to not just quit it but remove it from my multitask bar before it seems to fix the glitch. Any suggestions or advice?

Hi guys

Being the typography nazi, I’ll fill you in on the dashes you were talking about. The correct term for the first one is a hyphen, which is a punctuation mark used to join words and to separate syllables of a single word.

The second, an en-dash, is the length of the letter n in the typeface that’s being used. And en-dash is used to indicate a closed range of values. This may include ranges such as those between dates, times, or numbers e.g. 1–2pm; June–July 2011.

The third, an em-dash, is the length of the letter m. It indicates a break of thought in a paragraph. It is also used to indicate that a sentence is unfinished because the speaker has been interrupted, a bit like using an ellipsis.
