Hey Guys 🙂 Another great cast! Thanks for making my workday seem shorter as always! I like your new glasses Chuti! Very nice 🙂

I did want to touch real quickly on the battery issue. I have several friends on the iPhone 4 that have had battery drain issues with the new update to iOS 5. I’ve given them the tips and tricks that have been shared by you as well as other casts. Some have seen marginal results and others say it has had no affect. I think the cases are less prevalent but that they do exist.

Yet another great innovation from Apple with the new Apple Store 2.0 App. I can’t wait to test it out on my next “small” purchase at the nearest Apple store. Was a bit backtracked financially with my surgery but all is getting back on track so here’s to the future!

That’s awesome news regarding the iPhone sales in Hong Kong but I have to agree with Peter and say that it isn’t a surprise. Apple seems to step up their game with every update or new release and slowly but surely they are definitely embedding inside themselves in world culture.

The Xbox with Windows 9…. Yeah right LOL… Boo Xbox anyway… have been and will probably always be a Playstation fan over the Gates Box… that is unless Apple just completely destroys the world of gaming as we know it with something yet to be seen (very possible however not likely). I will say though that I agree with the state of gaming and that Nintendo missed the bus on the new Wii U.

I have a couple questions that I’d like to see you discuss and share your thoughts on if you ever have the time… Like why Nintendo couldn’t or wouldn’t release some of their titles on iOS… I think they’d make a killing if they released the original Zelda or Mario Cart 64 or Pokemon. I know there’s the issue of exclusivity but they would be tapping into a market that I think would have grown up with them. The now 30 somethings, like myself, who loved those games and would pay to be able to relive the nostalgia on a current and relevant device.

Also, have you seen this new tablet combo from Asus that’s gonna have a quad core processor in it? It’s called the Transformer Prime. Looks promising… Do you think that the Ipad 3 will have a quad core in it? Pricing for the new Asus looks like it’s gonna be pretty competitive with that of the current Ipads… Could we be looking at something that may finally be able to “compete” with Apple?

And finally, the holiday’s are around the corner. Should I get an iPad 2 for gifts for family/friends or should I give them a giftcard for the new iPad 3 that will probably come out in April? What is your take on tech and the yearly releases? Would you get a iPad 2 in December or would you want rather wait till the spring for the new one?
