Ooo. Yeah. I’d like to see WebOS on a tablet. I played with the Pre a bit and liked it. The OS feels slick and attractive and original. I certainly like it better than Android and would prefer to see it on a tablet form factor.

As far as iPhone on Verizon? In a heartbeat. My biggest problems with the iPhone are the dropped calls and the lack of 3G in as many places. When I AM in 3G, I think AT&T’s data is faster but I seem to end up visiting friends and family in areas with lousy 3G coverage. I would miss talking and data at the same time but it’s not a deal breaker.

I saw the iPhone video this morning. The prototype does look good though. It’s odd that it seems bigger until you compare it to the 3GS and then it seems fairly the same dimensions. The A4 looks nice but I read that it’s 256MB of RAM again. Drat. I was hoping they’d boost the RAM a bit. I really love this design!!

I’m with Peter in hoping I can order it online. I waited a week before I broken down and went out to get a 3GS and spent an THREE hours in line at KoP because they only had two employees activating phones and with each customer they wanted to do the salesey schpiel and try and sell everyone on AppleCare and MobileMe and whatnot. 🙁

I’d love to see MobileMe go free. I enjoy some of the features and I’m willing to pay for it. But it’s almost impossible for me to explain to the average end-user why it’s worth while to pay for. I REALLY hope they beef up the webmail. I refuse to use it unless I have to.

I’m having flashbacks of something I read on FB about someone sitting IN A COFFEE SHOP watching pr0n…without headphones.

I’m actually kinda glad I don’t have to worry about weirdos viewing xtube et al in public. 🙂
